The Xzelion Syndicate is a syndicate run by Xzelion, it has many employees and rivals. They are commonly sited at Glitzville, recently Xzelion was able to buy the large orbital station, and used it as a base of operations. Since then he has been able to reate several more cities capable of being Air Stations. Several of these have been sold to The 'Shroom Army.
