[[Tech E. Coyote|Tech]] used this device to grow shrunken parts of [[Acmetropolis]] back to normal size after [[Melvin the Martian]] shrunk it. It was later stolen by [[Rev Runner|Rev]]'s younger brother, [[Rip Runner]], after the latter was dominated by a [[Bio-Tech Parasite]]. Rip used it to enlarge toys of Rev's design, turning them into dangerous rampaging machines. (First used in ''It Came From Outer Space" reappeared in ''Family Business''.)
