Rolmand, Lord Roth is the current Chair of the Fostana. For twenty-one years, Roth was the Head of State of the Caropsyne Pontanore. He came to power during the period of Fostana rule in Carops, having succeeded Lord Morclin. Roth was famous for his staunch beliefs regarding morality and the role of Carops in the world. The Fostana under Roth led Carops into numerous conflicts, which were seen as both good and bad for Carops.
