Your interest may possibly lie in the overall sports industry. Watchfully creating your self towards peak effectiveness, towards medals, towards sporting fame. Good. There are highly qualified and established Coaches who'll teach and guide you. There are highly effective and recognized proven training routines, all involving basic warm-ups.
My attention is fairly different. My fascination with the Fighting Styles is solely for Personal Protection. For severe and effective self protection. To Survive!

I DO NOT BELIEVE IN BASIC WARM-UP TRAINING
If you prefix your instruction with warm-up exercises there's the greatest danger that you'll mentally have to go through them when you find yourself in mortal danger since the Mugger rushes at you.

There are established and highly competent Coaches who will educate and guide you. You can find recognized and highly effective established instruction routines, all involving preparatory warm-ups.
My attention is quite different. My fascination with the Martial Arts is entirely for Personal Protection. For radical and effective home defence. To Survive!
