Shang Zhen (Chinese: 商震, born on 1887) is a Chinese general. He is the current Imperial Minister of Special Intelligence.

Shang had begun his career in the Kuomintang army, and continued his career in the Imperial one following the restoration of the Qing Empire. Governor of Suiyuan Province from 1927 to 1928, he became Governor of Hebei Province and Commander of the Peiping and Tientsin Garrison from 1928 to 1929 following his achiements in the early struggles with the Yunnan Clique. From 1929 to 1931, until the outbreak of the Millenarian revolt, Shang was Governor of the Shanxi Province. In 1931 he became the Commander-in-Chief of the Fourth Army. Then from 1931 to 1935 he commanded 32nd Army, defeating an anti-German revolt near Beijing in October 1933. In 1935 he was appointed Minister of Special Intelligence to the Imperial Council, and proved to be very effective in preventing another revolts against both the Qing Empire and the German administration.
