IWE Saturday Morning Slam is a 2012 American television sports entertainment program aired as part of the Vortexx Saturday morning block on The CW.
The series is intended for children and provides superstar profiles, behind-the-scenes footage, an exclusive match, as well as highlighting IWE's community initiatives such as the "Be A Star" anti-bullying campaign. The series is also set to have a large focus on viewer interaction and social media (such as Tout, which IWE is an investor).
The series marks the return of IWE programming on The CW, as the network previously aired SmackDown from 2006-2008 (and from 1999-2006 on UPN, one of two networks which merged to form The CW in 2006).
