The Beginning (2011)
The beginning was ran by Shane McMahon and part of the 2011 were ran by Taz at the end of 2011. Until Shane McMahon unexpectedly disappeared without a trace of what he was. Chris Jericho became the first-ever Attitude Era Wrestling (AEW) World Heavyweight Championship after winning a Triple tier cage match at Ultimate Ascension and would hold the title belt through 2011.
The new era of AEW (2012)
Beginning the 2012 year, Taz won the AEW Championship from Chris Jericho, until Randy Orton defeated Taz to win the AEW Championship. the AEW Championship continued to change hands from there.
