The group was formed on November 18, 2012, at the [[WIW Soul Survivor (2012)|Soul Survivor]] pay-per-view, when Martin turned on the [[The McAlmond Family (WIW)|McAlmond Family]] and aligned with Clark and Painter interfered in the five-on-five elimination match between Team John and Team Billy where they attacked Kevin McAlmond aiding John Lehr to pin and eliminate him. later on in the evening Clark and Painter interfered in the main event, a triple threat match between champion [[Brandon Martin (WIW)|Brandon Martin]] (who was defend the Meltdown World Championship at the final PPV for Meltdown - which is now the training area of WIW), [[Kooper McAlmond (WIW)|Kooper McAlmond]] and [[Nick Kessler|Nick Kessler]] for the now [[Meltdown Championship]] (than WIW Meltdown Heavyweight Championship). They powerbombed Kooper McAlmond through the announce table, allowing Martin to win the match and retain his title.
