As the match began, Edge chose to stand outside the ring, hoping that Simpson and Triple K would simply fight the match themselves. Simpson and Triple K, however, teamed up and turned against Edge. One spot in the match saw Edge catapult Triple K into the steel ringpost, which made Triple K bleed as a result. Afterwards, Edge [[DDT\|drove Triple K's head]] through a table and then focused on Simpson. Simpson, however, locked Edge in the STFU, but was broken when Triple K hit Simpson in the head with a microphone. Triple K then went after Edge and hit him with a chair, sending him over the security wall and into the audience. Nicole, who accompanied Edge, entered the ring with a chair to hit Triple K, but Triple K reversed it into a Spinebuster, a move where the wrestler lifts the opponent, turning 180°, and then tosses her forward onto her back. Near the end of the match, Simpson had Edge on his shoulders for an FU, Triple K then delivered a low blow to Simpson, which made Simpson drop Edge out of the ring and attempted to execute a Pedigree. Simpson, however, countered it into a jackknife roll-up, a hold that has the attacking wrestler lift the opponent's legs from behind the knees. Still gripping the opponent's legs, the attacking wrestler then flips forward, over the opponent, and plants their feet on the mat while bridging the back to add leverage. Simpson won the match and successfully retained the IWE Championship. After the match, Triple K hit Simpson, Edge and the referee with a [[sledgehammer]].

The [[Spirit Squad]] ([[Jason Dykstra\|Kenny]], [[Johnny Williams\|Johnny]], [[Mitch Pollington\|Mitch]], [[Nick Kessler\|Nicky]], and [[Michael Fonger\|Mikey]]) interfered and attacked Barnhart, which was followed by the Spirit Squad putting Barnhart through a table with a Sky lift slam, a move in which the two attacking wrestlers standing either side of an opponent; the wrestlers then force the opponent upwards, throwing them up while releasing the hold to allow the opponent slam to the mat back-first. Grant then pinned Barnhart for the win.	+	The sixth match was Gary and Lewis versus Ryan Barnhart and God in a [[No Holds Barred Match\|No Holds Barred match]]. As soon as The Wrights made their way to the ring, Gary informed the referee to "check" God for any hidden objects, as God was being "portrayed" by the stage spotlight. The match started with Ryan Barnhart executing a crossbody on both Gary and Lewis Wright on the outside of the ring. Afterwards, Barnhart crossbodied Gary down through a part of the Backlash staging area. Lewis then hit Barnhart with a folding chair and caused him to bleed. After Gary and James took turns assaulting Barnhart, Gary grabbed a microphone and informed Barnhart that "God" had left the building and used a Superkick, Barnhart's own signature finisher, against him. Barnhart battled back and grabbed two tables and put both Gary and Lewis on them. Barnhart then grabbed a ladder and stood on top of it.
