[[Stone Cold Steve Johnson|Stone Cold Steve Austin]] and [[Triple K|Triple K]] had formed a [[Tag Team|tag team]] known as the '''Two-Man Power Trip''' in the [[IWE|International Wrestling Federation/Entertainment]] (IWF, now known as IWE) for a span of two months in 2001 following [[IWF WrestleMania X-Seven|WrestleMania X-Seven]], but reunited for one night in January 2002. Throughout the team's existence, they held the majority of the IWF's top titles such as the [[World Tag Team Championship (IWE)|IWF Tag Team Championship]] which was held by both men while Austin had held the [[IWE Championship|IWF Championship]] and Triple K also held the [[IWE Intercontinental Championship|IWF Intercontinental Championship]] twice.
