&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;-- 2008: new funding program initiated by the government-funded Korea Research Foundation; The key points of the program are as follows:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. it is designed to support an international research collaboration between two or three scholars about an open topic in any academic field.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. One of the collaborators should be a Korea-based faculty member.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. You may request up to 100,000 US dollars per year for each project.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. The only condition is that two journal articles or one book has to be published within two years after the project has been done.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Application deadline: August 8, 2008&lt;br /&gt;
