- It is talking about the legislation trying to allow 20 million immigrants to move in the US. It is ethical for the US to try to stop the immigrants because the people of the US has the right to have a say so in what goes on in their own country.

- The groups are Minutemen, Balance, and ASAP that oppose the legislation. I think it is ethical for these groups to do this because we vote for our government to take care of the American people not to take care of other countries.
