a)Different programs that the sierra club supports that I think will be effective. One i would say is the title x because the program works to help insure families and provied contraceptives. Also the epic program helps povide affordable contracptives. I feel that these two will work to reduce population growth because it provide access to birth control despite financial status.There also is a United Nations population fund progarm that supposed to help reduce the populaton. As you can see it's not working that why it eroding. I'm not for sure were the program went wrong.
