Young makes a good point in the fact that tax payers are always the ones footing the bill and that is not right.  However Murzin has the right idea.  We may not be able to tell people where they can and cannot live but, what we can do is make rules about their homes.  Make sure these homes are better suited for the environment where they are located.  The population seems to still be increasing even though there are life risk in building these homes.  The environment is something that we can not control and will contuine to destore these homes, building, roads, and other things with out prejudice.

China is growing and with this so is the need for energy.  China is working with others to try and stop some of the pollution.  However this is a difficult process due to the fact that we are all still learning about all of this.  Many different things can be damaged in the environment if the pollution continues.  Weather it be global warming, or indangerin animals, or causing harm to the watersupply.  By looking for new and different resouces throughout the world other countrys will have a chance to gain something from this energy growth. They are woking on employing more high-level technologies so they can increase the growth.
