Closed RP

A closed RP is one that isn't open for joining; while there are few RPs on Mayhem that are permanently closed, many close for a period of time or will open during between-arc pauses. RPs that are notable for remaining closed for long periods of time include:
- Duplicates, which was closed about halfway through and has yet to reopen.
