Jesse the Awesome is a demi-god. He used to be a god, Jesse, God of Freedom, Avatar of Chaotic Good, but he got demoted after an incident. Something involving Jesus and flaming hair.

Jesse now wields 'Parody Power' and the Bat of Awesome.

Note: The BoA is capable of undoing all transformations.

• Parody Power allows him to imitate someone and use their powers and/or abilities in a usually comedic fashion. Often times, the Bat of Awesome is transformed as well to fit the new form.
