Description
William is a 15 yr old human male. He has short black hair, black eyes and is a mathematical prodigy. However, being naturally quite shy and unassuming he didn't really think much about his talent until prompted by his friends. Unfortunately, his head teacher was to incompetent to put him up a year like he wanted. Fortunately, he his maths teacher new some people that could apprentice him, allowing him to live to his full potential.
Thus, young William ended up unwittingly working for the DOD.
