- I can't see them wasting all the other experiments, just for one, no matter how powerful.
- I also don't think the CMD is is government hands yet, because if he Scottish branch has them, I imagine that the American one does, and the USA one would have used it for other things by then. Although, he can get later forms, and combine them. He just has to acquire them later, okay?
