The Citadel of Dimitri Dul Neru. When VOR left the forum to go on a few-month-long-hiatus, Ajac placed Dimitri in stasis, and dealt with the upkeep of Citadel until Dimitri awoke. Given that this has just happened, things are doubtless about to change.
