Description: Dr. Thrane, or "Bob" as he as known to some of the experiments, is the head scientist of Project: Arctic Wolf. The project is his brainchild, and he is determined to see that it is not scrapped. However, he does have ethics; he sees the experiments as living beings, and treats them as such.
