Kind of like humans (not that they'd admit it) in the general sense of walking on two legs and having arms and heads and such all set up the same way and being intelligent (well, sentient, at least), but they have tails and big pointy ears and claws and so forth.
They have a tendency to look down on other cat-people, referring to them disparagingly as "half-breeds".
Foxkin are chewier and have fluffy, yummy insides.
