*Cuteness Defense Shields are known to cause a slight strain on the space-time continuum of whatever universe they inhabit, and this strain increases with the strength of the CDS and the number of them in a given locale. It has been theorized that a shield too powerful (or a closely-packed group of them) could create a tear in the fabric of reality, destroying whatever universe the cute creature inhabited along with all of its inhabitants within seconds. This has almost occurred several times in [[LPW]]. *Cuteness Defense Shields are known to cause a slight strain on the space-time continuum of whatever universe they inhabit, and this strain increases with the strength of the CDS and the number of them in a given locale.
