Just to clarify... you want summaries of already aired shows within the spoiler tags? I am confused. Please advise.
There's a difference between a summary and an entire recap. A recap is what you have written where you detail the entire show. Those should be within spoiler tags. The summary is like a teaser...such as the ones that NBC writes up. Those do not need spoiler tags.
Admin: Minor Characters
I disagree that the minor characters are unimportant. They may become major characters later on and dismissing them outright is a mistake. Do you not want this to be a comprehensive Wiki? Or just what you deem important?
