Early Life
Abdul grew up in Culver City, California. His parents were born and raised Afgahnastan, he is the eldest of five children. But moved to the United Kingdom because of increasing problems with The Soviet Union. Soon they decided to move to California to see what life was like in the United States. Abdul completed high school and went to California and majored in athletic training. He had always been a fan of wrestling from an early age, though it was seen as unorthadox sport by his family and the Muslim community. He began to improve upon his in ring skills on the Independent Circuit, whislt also delaing with personal issues within his family Shahbazz took a year off from training before returning to the ring once more where this time he was signed up to the Ohio Vally Wrestling Roster, the beginning of what has become his career. He debuted withi nthe WWE training ground in 2007 chaning his name to Kareem Shahbazz

OVW
Using Kareem Shabazz as his name, he made his professional wrestling debut in 2007 at WWE's training ground, Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). He competed in various matches, but felt the company was not giving him a big enough push forward to be seen as a serious competitor, he requested a release months after joining the company. Though the parted on good terms with one another.

After OVW Abdul Shabazz went back to his original and real name wrestling in X wrestling Fedaration (XWF). However though he icnreased in noticability and popularity he was released along with everyone else when it went bankrupt. He then continued to work for various independent circuits, before going back to OVW who were more than happy to accept him back. He added to his name making it Abdul Elijah Shabazz , though he later dropped Elijah from his name to go back to his previous alias.
Return to DXX
Mayhem
After WWE closed OVW and changed the company name to DXX Abdul was called up to the main roster where he currently wrestles for DXX: The Rebirth under his real name. His gimmick has caused lots of contraversy as of late. Abdul has considered quitting, but came to terms. Using his 'Bitter Dedicated Muslim' Gimmick he has been a force to be reckoned with, interfering in matches as well as causing heated arguments backstage. Currently he introduced his manager Sharard who also has a similiar gimmick. He relaesed a promo, saying how tired he was of people judging him and misunderstanding him, Shabazz continued to interfere in matches and attack, with help from Karim Hassan.
Massacre
On the 4th August 2008, new Massacre General Manager announced Shabazz was traded for Alex Idol, it is assumed Shabazz's manager Sharard ( now known as Karim Hassan) will join him though this has not been confirmed. He was later revealed to be the mystery partners of Chase Andrews, both who'll team up to take on High Risk for the vacant DXX Tag Team Championship at DXX Anniversary.
