'''The Member of the Month''' award is an efed award which can be won by any member. The winner is commemorated for their hard work and good contribution to the site during the previous month. In April 2008 the name was changed to the '''E-Fed Member of The Month Award''' due to the DXX Graphics Makers wanting their own competition, however DXX staff decided to revert back to the original format in October of the same year due to lack of interest in the GFX version of the competition.

==The Process==
The current nominations process involves all General Managers nominating who they think deserves to be the The Month for that month. Once the nominees have been decided a poll is created and every member of the forum can then vote for who they think should be the winner.

The '''DXX Universe Championship''' is an [[e-wrestling]] Championship contested between the superstars on the [[Friday Night Mayhem]] brand of [[D-Generation XX: The Rebirth]]. It became an active title at the [[WrestleMania II]] Pay-Per-View event and is currently held by [[Ted DiBiase Jr.]]

==History==
The General Manager of Friday Night Mayhem [[Carari Grey]] first announced the introduction of the Universe Championship several weeks before WrestleMania, stating that every singles champion on the brand would sacrifice their titles and compete for one undisputed belt in the main event of the Pay-Per-View.

The first Universe Champion was [[DJ Hipp]]. To win the title Hipp had to relinquish the [[DXX World Heavyweight Championship]] and [[DXX Hardcore Championship | DXX Mayhem Hardcore Championship]], [[Kenny Dykstra]] his [[DXX United States Championship]] and [[The Rock]] surrendered his [[DXX Television Championship]] as part of the match. [[Floyd Mayweather]] was also brought into the match to make it an 'All or Nothing Fatal 4 Way' match. Hipp was the eventual winner of the match, claiming the gold. Hipp's first title defence was against [[Mr McMahon]] at the [[Road To Redemption]] Pay-Per-View, where he successfully retained his title.

After successfully defending the [[DXX Universe Tag Team Championships]] with his partner Dykstra the recently suspended [[Doctor Cube]] made a surprise return and immediately challenged DJ Hipp to a match at the [[Eye For An Eye 2008|Eye For An Eye]] Pay-Per-View event, which Carari Grey made official moments later. Cube picked up a surprising victory over his opponent to begin his reign as Champion, and his first defence was at the [[One Night Stand 2008|One Night Stand]] Pay-Per-View. Originally the match was supposed to feature Cube against both general manager Carari Grey and DJ Hipp in a handicap match made by the returning [[Assassin]], and in a shock move he made it a 'Pit of Death' match. However it was later overturned by the board of directors and the match instead featured Cube defending against DJ Hipp, [[Slain]] and [[Randy Orton]] in a Fatal 4 Way Pit of Death match instead. During Cube's reign he renamed and redesigned the champion, it became the ''DXX Cube Heavweight Championship'', however when he lost the title it reverted back to its old name and iamge.

DJ Hipp successfully won the Pit of Death match at One Night Stand to begin his second reign as Universe Champion, and successfully defended in in an awkward match against fellow [[Immortal Sinners|Immortal Sinner]] Kenny Dykstra (also with [[FleX]] as the special guest referee) on the July 18th episode of Mayhem.

[[Josh Impact]] became the new champion at the first ever [[Mayhem]] exclusive PPV, [[Declaration of Retribution 2008]], pinning [[DJ Hipp]] for the surprise victory. He successfully defended his title at [[DXX Anniversary 2008| DXX Anniversary]] in a Hangman's Horror Match against [[Dagger Dave]], but lost to [[Kenny Dykstra]] at [[Nuclear Warfare 2008|Nuclear Warfare]]. He later vacated the title without defending it.

At the [[Genocide 2008|Genocide]] PPV in October both Nabeel Nawaz and John Cena won respective number 1 contenders matches and as a result faced each other at the [[Facing Extinction 2008|Facing Extinction]] Pay-Per-View for the vacant gold. Cena ended the night as champion, but Nawaz had a rematch on the December 12th Mayhem [[Supershow]]. Cena controversially retained his title by getting counted out, much to the disgust of the champion who blamed the creative team for the outcome of the match. After this the GM ordered another re-match but this time it would be a no DQ match. After all the members of [[Team Mayhem]] and Hood Tribe ran into the match it turned into a brawl but Nawaz got the pin, causing him to be the current Universe Champion. Unfortunately he later vacated the title due to injury. At the [[Dead On Arrival 2009|Dead on Arrival]] PPV Kyle Deathlocke took on [[Cody Lawrence]], [[Chris Jericho]], [[Asylum]], [[Kevin Kompiler]] and [[Santino Marella]] in only the second only [[The Devils Playground|Devils Playground]] match, but Ryland and [[Danny Jeremiah]] stole the title forcing the match to end in a draw.

On the 6th March episode of Friday Night Mayhem a new match was arranged to decide the Universe Champion, a six man tag team contest where whoever got the pinfall would leave as champion. The team of Ryland Deathlocke, Marella and Lawrence took on Kompiler, Jericho and Asylum with Deathlocke picking up the win and the title. His first defence came at [[WrestleMania III]] where he defeated the same five men in a Victory Falls match.

20 days after winning the title, Mayhem DoA [[Dustin Carter]], interrupted the main event of [[Eye For An Eye 2009| Eye For An Eye]] to schedule his own match in which he used his power to win an already fallen Deathlocke.

==Current champion==
The current champion is [[Ted DiBiase Jr.]], who defeated [[Shad Moss]], [[Khwame Myles]], [[Dustin Carter]], and [[Nabeel Nawaz]] in a elimination match at [[Road To Redemption 2009|Road To Redemption]]. After returning from injury that night, DiBiase demanded a spot in the main event for the championship and was given the spot in the match. After the match up, [[Dustin Carter]] quit DXX and [[Lucas Mitchell]] was punted in the head by DiBiase.

==Controversy==

The Universe Championship was shrouded in controversy when it was first announced, mainly because every title on the Friday Night Mayhem brand of DXX was made defunct in one night to make way for one title. Several Superstars were unhappy with only one title compared to [[Monday Night Massacre]]'s four, however Carari Grey promised more new titles in the future to make up for the loss of the originals including the [[DXX Millennium Championship]], [[DXX Trans-Continental Championship]] and [[DXX Universe Tag Team Championships]].

On the Friday April 4th edition of Friday Night Mayhem Carari Grey officially announced these new titles, much the the delight of fans and Superstars alike.

The '''DXX Universe Championship''' is an [[e-wrestling]] Championship contested between the superstars on the [[Friday Night Mayhem]] brand of [[D-Generation XX: The Rebirth]]. It became an active title at the [[WrestleMania II]] Pay-Per-View event and is currently held by [[Ted DiBiase Jr.]]

==History==
The General Manager of Friday Night Mayhem [[Carari Grey]] first announced the introduction of the Universe Championship several weeks before WrestleMania, stating that every singles champion on the brand would sacrifice their titles and compete for one undisputed belt in the main event of the Pay-Per-View.

The first Universe Champion was [[DJ Hipp]]. To win the title Hipp had to relinquish the [[DXX World Heavyweight Championship]] and [[DXX Hardcore Championship | DXX Mayhem Hardcore Championship]], [[Kenny Dykstra]] his [[DXX United States Championship]] and [[The Rock]] surrendered his [[DXX Television Championship]] as part of the match. [[Floyd Mayweather]] was also brought into the match to make it an 'All or Nothing Fatal 4 Way' match. Hipp was the eventual winner of the match, claiming the gold. Hipp's first title defence was against [[Mr McMahon]] at the [[Road To Redemption]] Pay-Per-View, where he successfully retained his title.

After successfully defending the [[DXX Universe Tag Team Championships]] with his partner Dykstra the recently suspended [[Doctor Cube]] made a surprise return and immediately challenged DJ Hipp to a match at the [[Eye For An Eye 2008|Eye For An Eye]] Pay-Per-View event, which Carari Grey made official moments later. Cube picked up a surprising victory over his opponent to begin his reign as Champion, and his first defence was at the [[One Night Stand 2008|One Night Stand]] Pay-Per-View. Originally the match was supposed to feature Cube against both general manager Carari Grey and DJ Hipp in a handicap match made by the returning [[Assassin]], and in a shock move he made it a 'Pit of Death' match. However it was later overturned by the board of directors and the match instead featured Cube defending against DJ Hipp, [[Slain]] and [[Randy Orton]] in a Fatal 4 Way Pit of Death match instead. During Cube's reign he renamed and redesigned the champion, it became the ''DXX Cube Heavweight Championship'', however when he lost the title it reverted back to its old name and iamge.

DJ Hipp successfully won the Pit of Death match at One Night Stand to begin his second reign as Universe Champion, and successfully defended in in an awkward match against fellow [[Immortal Sinners|Immortal Sinner]] Kenny Dykstra (also with [[FleX]] as the special guest referee) on the July 18th episode of Mayhem.

[[Josh Impact]] became the new champion at the first ever [[Mayhem]] exclusive PPV, [[Declaration of Retribution 2008]], pinning [[DJ Hipp]] for the surprise victory. He successfully defended his title at [[DXX Anniversary 2008| DXX Anniversary]] in a Hangman's Horror Match against [[Dagger Dave]], but lost to [[Kenny Dykstra]] at [[Nuclear Warfare 2008|Nuclear Warfare]]. He later vacated the title without defending it.

At the [[Genocide 2008|Genocide]] PPV in October both Nabeel Nawaz and John Cena won respective number 1 contenders matches and as a result faced each other at the [[Facing Extinction 2008|Facing Extinction]] Pay-Per-View for the vacant gold. Cena ended the night as champion, but Nawaz had a rematch on the December 12th Mayhem [[Supershow]]. Cena controversially retained his title by getting counted out, much to the disgust of the champion who blamed the creative team for the outcome of the match. After this the GM ordered another re-match but this time it would be a no DQ match. After all the members of [[Team Mayhem]] and Hood Tribe ran into the match it turned into a brawl but Nawaz got the pin, causing him to be the current Universe Champion. Unfortunately he later vacated the title due to injury. At the [[Dead On Arrival 2009|Dead on Arrival]] PPV Kyle Deathlocke took on [[Cody Lawrence]], [[Chris Jericho]], [[Asylum]], [[Kevin Kompiler]] and [[Santino Marella]] in only the second only [[The Devils Playground|Devils Playground]] match, but Ryland and [[Danny Jeremiah]] stole the title forcing the match to end in a draw.

On the 6th March episode of Friday Night Mayhem a new match was arranged to decide the Universe Champion, a six man tag team contest where whoever got the pinfall would leave as champion. The team of Ryland Deathlocke, Marella and Lawrence took on Kompiler, Jericho and Asylum with Deathlocke picking up the win and the title. His first defence came at [[WrestleMania III]] where he defeated the same five men in a Victory Falls match.

20 days after winning the title, Mayhem DoA [[Dustin Carter]], interrupted the main event of [[Eye For An Eye 2009| Eye For An Eye]] to schedule his own match in which he used his power to win an already fallen Deathlocke.

The current champion is [[Ted DiBiase Jr.]], who defeated [[Shad Moss]], [[Khwame Myles]], [[Dustin Carter]], and [[Nabeel Nawaz]] in a elimination match at [[Road To Redemption 2009|Road To Redemption]]. After returning from injury that night, DiBiase demanded a spot in the main event for the championship and was given the spot in the match. After the match up, [[Dustin Carter]] quit DXX and [[Lucas Mitchell]] was punted in the head by DiBiase.

==Controversy==

The Universe Championship was shrouded in controversy when it was first announced, mainly because every title on the Friday Night Mayhem brand of DXX was made defunct in one night to make way for one title. Several Superstars were unhappy with only one title compared to [[Monday Night Massacre]]'s four, however Carari Grey promised more new titles in the future to make up for the loss of the originals including the [[DXX Millennium Championship]], [[DXX Trans-Continental Championship]] and [[DXX Universe Tag Team Championships]].

On the Friday April 4th edition of Friday Night Mayhem Carari Grey officially announced these new titles, much the the delight of fans and Superstars alike.

'''DXX ®ATED''' (also known as DXX Rated) is the [[DXX]] development territory brand formerly known as OVW.

Ohio Valley Wrestling first came to [[DXX]] in the early days, generating talent such as [[Rocco Ross]] who went on to become General Manager of the brand, [[Chad Jennings]] , [[Xtreme Steven]] , [[Jordinator]] and [[Shawn Michaels]], it eventually came to anend after the WWE/DXX merge causing DXX to evolve into two brands, [[Mayhem]] and [[Massacre]], however after much demand and planning it was revived in early September 2008, with two new General Managers, new staff and for the first time trainers to help out the superstars. You can also expect new talent to be generated on its opening. The rules of the brand have meant that superstars can possibly compete on both Mayhem/Massacre and Rated or just Rated on its own, GM's of the main roster brands can promote any talent and any given time, Divas are now also tri-branded and Trainers are allowed to compete on Rated as wel las a flagship brand if they want, another rule is that unless there is permission, main roster titles cannot be defended on Rated or vice versa, though the Rated talents will be eligable to compete at PPV's and occasionally wrestle dark matches on the main brands, without having to sign a contract with them.

The current championships have been renamed with a Tag Team Division title added, therefore Rocco Ross is recognised at the first DXX Rated Champion from its OVW Heavyweight Champion days and Tank being the first ever DXX Rated Platinum Champion from the time it was known as the OVW Television Championship.

On 12 September edition of [[Mayhem]], [[Sylvan Grenier]] was introduced to the ring by the former Mayhem Asst. GM , [[Raisha Saeed]]. Grenier siad he felt Massacre and mayhem had caused DXX's image had become a swan on water,looking nice on appearance but in actual fact frantically trying to keep afloat. He was quoted saying "The Future is Now" promising Top Rated Matcees Top Rated Talent and a Top Rated show, he was officially announced as the Co-GM of the show later on alongisde [[Shane Trent]].

It aired on the 24 September with a positive response, featuring for One Night Only al lthree brands in action as wel las setting the contenders out for the titles, that will be defended at [[Nuclear Warfare 2008| Nuclear Warfare]]. The show was opened by Vince McMahon and also introduced the Co-GM's, who appeared to get off on the wrong foot. A few months into the job, Co-General Manager, Trent experienced problems which resulted in his release, he was written off going on an extended trip and left Grenier with a parting gift, new Co-GM, [[Bruce Campbell]]. However due to an apparent bad attitude, Campbell was also released in a matter of weeks. [[Mike Wallace]], the brother of [[Kenny Wallace]] was announced as the fourth Co-General Manager since it reopened. Ohio Valley Wrestling first came to [[DXX]] in the early days, generating talent such as [[Rocco Ross]] who went on to become General Manager of the brand, [[Chad Jennings]] , [[Xtreme Steven]] , [[Jordinator]] and [[Shawn Michaels]], it eventually came to anend after the WWE/DXX merge causing DXX to evolve into two brands, [[Mayhem]] and [[Massacre]], however after much demand and planning it was revived in early September 2008, with two new General Managers, new staff and for the first time trainers to help out the superstars. You can also expect new talent to be generated on its opening. The rules of the brand have meant that superstars can possibly compete on both Mayhem/Massacre and Rated or just Rated on its own, GM's of the main roster brands can promote any talent and any given time, Divas are now also tri-branded and Trainers are allowed to compete on Rated as wel las a flagship brand if they want, another rule is that unless there is permission, main roster titles cannot be defended on Rated or vice versa, though the Rated talents will be eligable to compete at PPV's and occasionally wrestle dark matches on the main brands, without having to sign a contract with them.

The current championships have been renamed with a Tag Team Division title added, therefore Rocco Ross is recognised at the first DXX Rated Champion from its OVW Heavyweight Champion days and Tank being the first ever DXX Rated Platinum Champion from the time it was known as the OVW Television Championship.

On 12 September edition of [[Mayhem]], [[Sylvan Grenier]] was introduced to the ring by the former Mayhem Asst. GM , [[Raisha Saeed]]. Grenier siad he felt Massacre and mayhem had caused DXX's image had become a swan on water,looking nice on appearance but in actual fact frantically trying to keep afloat. He was quoted saying "The Future is Now" promising Top Rated Matcees Top Rated Talent and a Top Rated show, he was officially announced as the Co-GM of the show later on alongisde [[Shane Trent]].

It aired on the 24 September with a positive response, featuring for One Night Only al lthree brands in action as wel las setting the contenders out for the titles, that will be defended at [[Nuclear Warfare 2008| Nuclear Warfare]]. The show was opened by Vince McMahon and also introduced the Co-GM's, who appeared to get off on the wrong foot. A few months into the job, Co-General Manager, Trent experienced problems which resulted in his release, he was written off going on an extended trip and left Grenier with a parting gift, new Co-GM, [[Bruce Campbell]]. '''Friday Night Mayhem''', also known as '''Mayhem''', is one of two main brand shows from [[DXX]], they were the first original events to be bought to the company following its merge with WWE, which saw the fall of Raw and SmackDown in place for Mayhem and [[Massacre]]. Since then it has had a number of General Managers, Champions and feuds, making it one of the most successful shows around.

Friday Night Mayhem promises a spectacular show week in and week out with high octane action and everything from the most technical of matches to out of control and brutal hardcore brawls! Through the dozens of episodes since the new "Friday Night Mayhem" took place it has gone through four GMs. [[Nabeel Nawaz]], [[Wes Zephaniah|Wes]], [[Randy Orton]], and [[Carari Grey]]. It championships as of now is the [[DXX Universe Championship|Universe Title]], the [[DXX Millennium Championship|Millennium Title]], the [[DXX Trans-Continental Championship|Trans-Continental Title]] and the [[DXX Universe Tag Team Championships|Universe Tag Team Titles]].

Mayhem has heavy use of the color blue and minor use of the color green. At one time the show was built around the superstars of [[Rocco Ross]] and [[Josh Impact]], and once Impact fell from grace and Ross became General Manager of [[Monday Night Massacre]] Nabeel Nawaz got the push to the main event scene along with four other superstars - [[DJ Hipp]], [[Triple H]], [[John Bradshaw Layfield|JBL]], and [[Luke McQuillian]]. When Carari Grey took over the GM role it was Orton hogging the main event scene as some saw it, winning the DXX World Heavyweight Championship, but a month later a group of younger and new stars got their chance to be a part of the main event picture. DJ Hipp eventually won the title from Orton and now the likes of Hipp, [[Kenny Dykstra]], [[FleX]], [[Dagger Dave|Sadistic Dave]] and other stars are getting the chances they may never had gotten during past GM reigns. On 26 August 2008, Carari Grey resigned after backstage problems, found out after her absence from [[DXX Anniversary 2008|DXX Anniversary]]. It was later announced that former General Manager of [[Mayhem]] and Assistant General Manager of [[Massacre]], [[Nabeel Nawaz]] would be taking over.

Nawaz's new reign proved unpopular and ratings of Mayhem slowly dipped, storylines became less as did the matches to the point where it was on brink of axe, after [[Nabeel Nawaz]] stepped down following a meeting with the Board of Directors and Chairman, the search for a new General Manager to revive the show began.

At [[Genocide 2008| Genocide]] it was revealed that former [[DXX Rated]] trainer, [[Lord Lucas Mitchell]] had been in discussions with McMahon and the two had came to an agreement that Mitchell would now be running the show.

'''Friday Night Mayhem''', also known as '''Mayhem''', is one of two main brand shows from [[DXX]], they were the first original events to be bought to the company following its merge with WWE, which saw the fall of Raw and SmackDown in place for Mayhem and [[Massacre]]. Since then it has had a number of General Managers, Champions and feuds, making it one of the most successful shows around.

Friday Night Mayhem promises a spectacular show week in and week out with high octane action and everything from the most technical of matches to out of control and brutal hardcore brawls! Through the dozens of episodes since the new "Friday Night Mayhem" took place it has gone through four GMs. [[Nabeel Nawaz]], [[Wes Zephaniah|Wes]], [[Randy Orton]], and [[Carari Grey]]. It championships as of now is the [[DXX Universe Championship|Universe Title]], the [[DXX Millennium Championship|Millennium Title]], the [[DXX Trans-Continental Championship|Trans-Continental Title]] and the [[DXX Universe Tag Team Championships|Universe Tag Team Titles]].

Mayhem has heavy use of the color blue and minor use of the color green. At one time the show was built around the superstars of [[Rocco Ross]] and [[Josh Impact]], and once Impact fell from grace and Ross became General Manager of [[Monday Night Massacre]] Nabeel Nawaz got the push to the main event scene along with four other superstars - [[DJ Hipp]], [[Triple H]], [[John Bradshaw Layfield|JBL]], and [[Luke McQuillian]]. When Carari Grey took over the GM role it was Orton hogging the main event scene as some saw it, winning the DXX World Heavyweight Championship, but a month later a group of younger and new stars got their chance to be a part of the main event picture. DJ Hipp eventually won the title from Orton and now the likes of Hipp, [[Kenny Dykstra]], [[FleX]], [[Dagger Dave|Sadistic Dave]] and other stars are getting the chances they may never had gotten during past GM reigns. On 26 August 2008, Carari Grey resigned after backstage problems, found out after her absence from [[DXX Anniversary 2008|DXX Anniversary]]. It was later announced that former General Manager of [[Mayhem]] and Assistant General Manager of [[Massacre]], [[Nabeel Nawaz]] would be taking over.

Nawaz's new reign proved unpopular and ratings of Mayhem slowly dipped, storylines became less as did the matches to the point where it was on brink of axe, after [[Nabeel Nawaz]] stepped down following a meeting with the Board of Directors and Chairman, the search for a new General Manager to revive the show began.

At [[Genocide 2008| Genocide]] it was revealed that former [[DXX Rated]] trainer, [[Lord Lucas Mitchell]] had been in discussions with McMahon and the two had came to an agreement that Mitchell would now be running the show.

'''Massacre''' also known as Monday Night Massacre (and formerly ''Tuesday Night Massacre''), is one of two main brand shows from [[DXX]], alongside [[Mayhem]] it was the first event bought to the company, following its WWE merge. Massacre was brought into [[D-Generation XX: The Rebirth|D-Generation XX]] late 2007, the reason being that many more superstars were signing up and the first show was too full. It was aired on Monday Nights, giving it it's title, Monday Night Massacre.

It was originally run by [[Nabeel Nawaz]], but upon his resignation [[Rocco Ross]] has took up the job, and after a controversial and generally unpopular run he was replaced by [[James Manson]] in July 2008.

On the 10th June 2008, Former General Manager Rocco Ross announced that Massacre would be moving to Tuesday Nights. As General Manager other members have found Rocco's often biased treatment to [[Black Hearts]] members, [[Triple H]], [[Torrie Falconfeather]] and [[Chad Jennings]] unfair, none the less he has been praised for his match booking and ideas such as the Devils Playground which staged at [[Eye For An Eye 2008 | Eye For An Eye]]. It was later announced that former General Manager [[Nabeel Nawaz]] would be taking [[Shawn Michaels]]' place as Assistant General Manager. After Ross' removal as GM he remained as Assistant to James Manson.

Rocco originally announced he was quitting the company for reasons unknown, and there applications from many different superstars wanting to replace him as GM. On July 23rd James Manson was officially announced as the new General Manager of Massacre prematurely after Rocco's removal from DXX. However only weeks after becoming the new General Manager, Manson was removed after failing a drugs test only days into the job, [[Chris Jericho]] was announced the new General Manager. Jericho's first major act as General Manager, was announcing the shows return to Monday Nights.

Jericho later announced that the 18th August show would be very special indeed as it aired from Las Vegas, Nevada. Like the Extreme Roulette Match at [[One Night Stand 2008 | One Night Stand]], the whole stipulation of the show would be decided by a roulette wheel.

In November 2008, Jericho was taken aside due to personal issues, despite ots roar in popularity over Mayhem, family issues meant he was called out of his on screen role. Meaning , [[Steve Austin]], has performed duties as Acting General Manager, for the meantime until Jericho's return. [[White Cloud]]'s (kayfabe) mother, has also been acting as Assistant General Manager, making her the first female authority figure of the brand. Following his issues, Jericho resigned as General Manager of the brand, leaving the BoD to find a new member, turning out to be none other than former [[Black Hearts]] member, [[Triple H]].

After a few months on the job, creative control wanted Triple H for a more in ring role, the Board of Directors and himself later came to a decision which would see him leave his position as General Manager. At [[Dead On Arrival 2009]] Joel Cardaci was fired from his position as Interim General Manager of Mayhem, by [[Lucas Mitchell]] and revealed himself to being the General Manager of Massacre.

'''DXX ®ATED''' (also known as DXX Rated) is the [[DXX]] development territory brand formerly known as OVW.

Ohio Valley Wrestling first came to [[DXX]] in the early days, generating talent such as [[Rocco Ross]] who went on to become General Manager of the brand, [[Chad Jennings]] , [[Xtreme Steven]] , [[Jordinator]] and [[Shawn Michaels]], it eventually came to anend after the WWE/DXX merge causing DXX to evolve into two brands, [[Mayhem]] and [[Massacre]], however after much demand and planning it was revived in early September 2008, with two new General Managers, new staff and for the first time trainers to help out the superstars. You can also expect new talent to be generated on its opening. The rules of the brand have meant that superstars can possibly compete on both Mayhem/Massacre and Rated or just Rated on its own, GM's of the main roster brands can promote any talent and any given time, Divas are now also tri-branded and Trainers are allowed to compete on Rated as wel las a flagship brand if they want, another rule is that unless there is permission, main roster titles cannot be defended on Rated or vice versa, though the Rated talents will be eligable to compete at PPV's and occasionally wrestle dark matches on the main brands, without having to sign a contract with them.

The current championships have been renamed with a Tag Team Division title added, therefore Rocco Ross is recognised at the first DXX Rated Champion from its OVW Heavyweight Champion days and Tank being the first ever DXX Rated Platinum Champion from the time it was known as the OVW Television Championship.

On 12 September edition of [[Mayhem]], [[Sylvan Grenier]] was introduced to the ring by the former Mayhem Asst. GM , [[Raisha Saeed]]. Grenier siad he felt Massacre and mayhem had caused DXX's image had become a swan on water,looking nice on appearance but in actual fact frantically trying to keep afloat. He was quoted saying "The Future is Now" promising Top Rated Matcees Top Rated Talent and a Top Rated show, he was officially announced as the Co-GM of the show later on alongisde [[Shane Trent]].

It aired on the 24 September with a positive response, featuring for One Night Only al lthree brands in action as wel las setting the contenders out for the titles, that will be defended at [[Nuclear Warfare 2008| Nuclear Warfare]]. The show was opened by Vince McMahon and also introduced the Co-GM's, who appeared to get off on the wrong foot. A few months into the job, Co-General Manager, Trent experienced problems which resulted in his release, he was written off going on an extended trip and left Grenier with a parting gift, new Co-GM, [[Bruce Campbell]]. However due to an apparent bad attitude, Campbell was also released in a matter of weeks. [[Mike Wallace]], the brother of [[Kenny Wallace]] was announced as the fourth Co-General Manager since it reopened. In 2009, both remaining General Mangers feud had reached boiling point and they had a match to determine the sole GM of Rated, Wallace managed to get the roll up on a suprised Grenier, however Wallace was later fired by [[Dexter Hardy]] who was appointed new GM as the Board of Direcotrs had felt Wallace and Grenier had acted irresponsibly. [[Nattie Neidhart]], then became the first Assistant General Manager, that the brand would have. After a reign of a few months, [[Dexter Hardy]] announced that he would be resigning after [[WrestleMania III| WrestleMania]]. At [[WrestleMania III| WrestleMania]], [[Nattie Neidhart]] was promoted to become the new General Manager of the brand.

The '''DXX Rated Platinum Championship''' is the secondary title of the [[DXX]] development brand , [[DXX Rated]], its the reformation of the former ''OVW Television Championship'' and is currently held by [[Eric Steel]].

==History==

When the doors opened to [[DXX Rated]] on the 24th September 2008, General Manager, [[Sylvan Grenier]] announced that they'd need to crown a new champion and on its debut show would hold a Last Two Standing Battle Royale Match, the winners fo this match going onto [[Nuclear Warfare 2008|Nuclear Warfare]] to face off to become the first champion in its history. At the same time however, he remarked that he'd be scouting matches taking place, to see who'd become the contenders for the Platinum Championship which would also be crowned at that event.

Despite a hard effort, both [[Johnny Storm]] and [[Pete]] were unable to win the Battle Royale. However, they were later announced as the two that would go ahead for the Platinum Championship at that very same pay-per-view. In the match in was Pete that was able to score then win and become the first champion of its history.

Following that, Pete came under attack from newbie [[Jack Swagger]], Swagger had won a match making him the Number One Contender for the Championship and the two became caught up in the feud between [[Tristagi]] and [[Johnny Relentless]] also, whilst Pete managed to use Tristagi's and Swaggers rivalry to his advantage, Swagger has fought back, vowing to win that title. However this wasn't to be so as Pete got his first title defence at [[Genocide 2008|Genocide]] over the ''All American, American''. His next defence was a successful one, beating [[Christian Cage]] and [[Ryan Black]] to retain the title at [[Facing Extinction 2008]]. On December 10th he faced Black in a one-on-one singes match, and rumour had it that the champion planned to throw the match due to wanting a call up to [[Mayhem]] or [[Massacre]] - something he wouldn't receive while a champion on Rated, the DXX Rated Platinum Champion then became [[Ryan Black]]. On the December 10th episode of Rated he successfully put away Pete to win the gold. The rumour of Pete throwing the match turned out to be untrue as the match went back and forth throughout, with Black eventually coming out on top.

Following the introduction of the new DXX Rated General Manager [[Dexter Hardy]], he offered Black the opportunity to win the [[DXX Rated Championship]], however in return he'd be forced to give up the Platinum title. After careful thought, Black decided to accept the deal with the GM leaving the Platinum Title vacant. It was won at [[The Last Stand 2009|The Last Stand]] by [[Brian Daniels]] in a battle royal.

==Current Champion==

The current DXX Rated Platinum Champion is Eric Steel, who defeated both Brian Daniels and [[Blade]] to be crowned Champion on March 5th, 2009. A few weeks later, Steel defended the championship against [[Boxer Santaros]] on [[DXX Rated]] and retained the championship.

Monday Night Massacre was born on December 3, 2007, after DXX RAW was scrapped because DXX members voted on a new look e-fed. Massacre has brought some of the most nail-biting action that DXX has ever seen including an Elimination Chamber match and an innovative Luchas de Apuestas match. Massacre has one of the most open rosters in the E-Fed industry, and it is home also home to DXX's X-Division, Intercontinental, Tag Team and Hardcore Titles as well as the prestiegous DXX Championship.

Fromerly known as OVW, DXX Rated is the development brand where the future is born. Revived in early September 2008, Rated hopes to bring top rated talent, top rated matches and top rated shows. The golden brand's main aim is to fund DXX main rosters with futureproof and successful stars to maintain DXX's legacy. It has three titles, DXX Rated Championship, DXX Rated Platinum Championship and the DXX Rated Tag Team Championships.

Doctor Cube first started wrestling in [[DXX]] on the [[Mayhem]] brand in early 2007, he competed against the likes of [[Matt Hardy]] and [[Chris Jericho]], picking up his first career win against the latter of the two competitors. Ohio Valley Wrestling first came to [[DXX]] in the early days, generating talent such as [[Rocco Ross]] who went on to become General Manager of the brand, [[Chad Jennings]] , [[Xtreme Steven]] , [[Jordinator]] and [[Shawn Michaels]], it eventually came to anend after the WWE/DXX merge causing DXX to evolve into two brands, [[Mayhem]] and [[Massacre]], however after much demand and planning it was revived in early September 2008, with two new General Managers (To Be Announced) , new staff and for the first time trainers to help out the superstars. You can also expect new talent to be generated on its opening. The rules of the brand have meant that superstars can possibly compete on both Mayhem/Massacre and Rated or just Rated on its own, GM's of the main roster brands can promote any talent and any given time, Divas are now also tri-branded and Trainers are allowed to compete on Rated as wel las a flagship brand if they want, another rule is that unless there is permission, main roster titles cannot be defended on Rated or vice versa, though the Rated talents will be eligable to compete at PPV's and occasionally wrestle dark matches on the main brands, without having to sign a contract with them.

The current championships have been renamed with a Tag Team Division title added, therefore Rocco Ross is recognised at the first DXX Rated Champion from its OVW Heavyweight Champion days and Tank being the first ever DXX Rated Platinum Champion from the time it was known as the OVW Television Championship.

On 12 September edition of [[Mayhem]], [[Sylvan Grenier]] was introduced to the ring by the former Mayhem Asst. GM , [[Raisha Saeed]]. Grenier siad he felt Massacre and mayhem had caused DXX's image had become a swan on water,looking nice on appearance but in actual fact frantically trying to keep afloat. He was quoted saying "The Future is Now" promising Top Rated Matcees Top Rated Talent and a Top Rated show, he was officially announced as the Co-GM of the show later on alongisde [[Shane Trent]].

It aired on the 24 September with a positive response, featuring for One Night Only al lthree brands in action as wel las setting the contenders out for the titles, that will be defended at [[Nuclear Warfare 2008| Nuclear Warfare]]. The show was opened by Vince McMahon and also introduced the Co-GM's, who appeared to get off on the wrong foot. A few months into the job, Co-General Manager, Trent experienced problems which resulted in his release, he was written off going on an extended trip and left Grenier with a parting gift, new Co-GM, [[Bruce Campbell]]. However due to an apparent bad attitude, Campbell was also released in a matter of weeks. [[Mike Wallace]], the brother of [[Kenny Wallace]] was announced as the fourth Co-General Manager since it reopened. In 2009, both remaining General Mangers feud had reached boiling point and they had a match to determine the sole GM of Rated, Wallace managed to get the roll up on a suprised Grenier, however Wallace was later fired by [[Dexter Hardy]] who was appointed new GM as the Board of Direcotrs had felt Wallace and Grenier had acted irresponsibly. [[Nattie Neidhart]], then became the first Assistant General Manager, that the brand would have. After a reign of a few months, [[Dexter Hardy]] announced that he would be resigning after [[Wrestlemania III| Wrestlemania]]. At [[Wrestlemania III| Wrestlemania]], [[Nattie Neidhart]] was announced as the new general manager of Rated.

'''DXX ®ATED''' (also known as DXX Rated) is the [[DXX]] development territory brand formerly known as OVW.

Ohio Valley Wrestling first came to [[DXX]] in the early days, generating talent such as [[Rocco Ross]] who went on to become General Manager of the brand, [[Chad Jennings]] , [[Xtreme Steven]] , [[Jordinator]] and [[Shawn Michaels]], it eventually came to anend after the WWE/DXX merge causing DXX to evolve into two brands, [[Mayhem]] and [[Massacre]], however after much demand and planning it was revived in early September 2008, with two new General Managers (To Be Announced) , new staff and for the first time trainers to help out the superstars. You can also expect new talent to be generated on its opening. The rules of the brand have meant that superstars can possibly compete on both Mayhem/Massacre and Rated or just Rated on its own, GM's of the main roster brands can promote any talent and any given time, Divas are now also tri-branded and Trainers are allowed to compete on Rated as wel las a flagship brand if they want, another rule is that unless there is permission, main roster titles cannot be defended on Rated or vice versa, though the Rated talents will be eligable to compete at PPV's and occasionally wrestle dark matches on the main brands, without having to sign a contract with them.

The current championships have been renamed with a Tag Team Division title added, therefore Rocco Ross is recognised at the first DXX Rated Champion from its OVW Heavyweight Champion days and Tank being the first ever DXX Rated Platinum Champion from the time it was known as the OVW Television Championship.

On 12 September edition of [[Mayhem]], [[Sylvan Grenier]] was introduced to the ring by the former Mayhem Asst. GM , [[Raisha Saeed]]. Grenier siad he felt Massacre and mayhem had caused DXX's image had become a swan on water,looking nice on appearance but in actual fact frantically trying to keep afloat. He was quoted saying "The Future is Now" promising Top Rated Matcees Top Rated Talent and a Top Rated show, he was officially announced as the Co-GM of the show later on alongisde [[Shane Trent]].

It aired on the 24 September with a positive response, featuring for One Night Only al lthree brands in action as wel las setting the contenders out for the titles, that will be defended at [[Nuclear Warfare 2008| Nuclear Warfare]]. The show was opened by Vince McMahon and also introduced the Co-GM's, who appeared to get off on the wrong foot. A few months into the job, Co-General Manager, Trent experienced problems which resulted in his release, he was written off going on an extended trip and left Grenier with a parting gift, new Co-GM, [[Bruce Campbell]]. However due to an apparent bad attitude, Campbell was also released in a matter of weeks. [[Mike Wallace]], the brother of [[Kenny Wallace]] was announced as the fourth Co-General Manager since it reopened. In 2009, both remaining General Mangers feud had reached boiling point and they had a match to determine the sole GM of Rated, Wallace managed to get the roll up on a suprised Grenier, however Wallace was later fired by [[Dexter Hardy]] who was appointed new GM as the Board of Direcotrs had felt Wallace and Grenier had acted irresponsibly. [[Nattie Neidhart]], then became the first Assistant General Manager, that the brand would have. After a reign of a few months, [[Dexter Hardy]] announced that he would be resigning after [[Wrestlemania III| Wrestlemania]]. At [[Wrestlemania III| Wrestlemania]], [[Nattie Neidhart]] was announced as the new general manager of Rated.
