The show featured Superstars exclusively from Friday Night Mayhem, and it aired live on Sunday August 3rd at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana, with every match on the card being under extreme circumstances. This event was the first ever single-branded PPV not to feature both Massacre and Mayhem, instead only featuring Mayhem Superstars. The main event saw DJ Hipp defending his DXX Universe Championship against Josh Impact.Also on that night Mickie James and Beth Phoenix interoude the newest DDX Diva Traic Brooks where Beth Phoenix turned on Mickie and Traic made the save for Mickie James aid!

Ted DiBiase Jr. def. Karasu Tenchi , Chris Brown ,Matt Hardy , Chad Jennings and Triple H in a Six Corner Tag Match
- DiBiase made Chris Brown submit with the Million Dollar Dream

Edge and Christian def. The Irish Connection to become the No. 1 Contenders for the DXX Universe Tag Team Championships
- Edge heat the Spear through a ladder on Bobby Marshall to get the victory

MVP def. Christian Alexander in an "I Quit" Match
- MVP repeatedly punched Alexander in the head until he quit

FleX (c) def. Assassin to retain the DXX Trans-Continental Championship
- FleX won the match after hitting his opponent with the 'FleXible' finisher

Sadistic Dave def. Kenny Dykstra to win the DXX Millennium Championship
- Dave pinned Dykstra by planting him with the 'Visit To The Asylum'

Josh Impact def. DJ Hipp to win the DXX Universe Championship
- Impact defeated Hipp with his 'Deadliest Sin' finisher
