The show will feature Superstars exclusively from Friday Night Mayhem, and it will air live on Sunday August 3rd at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana, with every match on the card being under extreme circumstances. This will be the first ever single-branded PPV not to feature both Massacre and Mayhem, instead only featuring Mayhem Superstars.
