From London, England, Giles used a gimmick on a snobbish interviewer biased in favour of the heels. He was quick witted and sarcastic to faces and not afraid to say what he thinks. Apparently he got on well with [[Carari Grey]] during her reign as General Manager and was seen by fans as the Senior Interviewer since the arrival of co-worker [[Ayanna Kaktus]], which has meant Giles' appearances became less frequent but usually interviewing major stars on the roster. He was not held in high regard by the majority of the roster for his pessimistic comments, but the fans shared a love/hate relationship with him.  On a few occasions whilst Giles had been away, his role had been filled by his [[Massacre]] counter part [[Todd Grisham]].
