The show featured matches from all three brands, with main events including John Cena taking on Nabeel Nawaz for the DXX Universe Championship from Mayhem and Matt Hardy vs Tristagi vs Shad Moss in a triple threat match for the DXX Championship from Massacre. DXX Rated's main event was originally supposed to be Montel Poter defending his DXX Rated Championship against Tristagi but this was later cancelled.

Johnny Relentless and Khwame Miles both won a Battle Royal Qualifier for the DXX Trans-Continental Championship

The eliminated Johnny Chaos dumped both Miles and Relentless out of the ring at exactly the same time

The Miz & John Morrison defeated The Evolutionary Revivalists (Ryan Campbell & Randy Spades) to win the DXX Rated Tag Team Championships

Morrison kept Spades out of the ring while Miz pinned Campbell for the victory

Torrie Falconfeather defeated Mickie James to win the DXX Womens Championship

Falconfeather hit a crack kick to the back of James' neck to win the title

DXX Intercontinental Championship Match to be posted later

Pete defeated Christian Cage and Ryan Black to retain the DXX Rated Platinum Championship

Pete pinned Black after accidentally tripping him and knocking him out

Jack Swagger, Khwame Miles and Johnny Relentless fought to a draw in the DXX Trans-Continental Championship Match

Both Swagger and Miles pinned Relentless to earn a draw. Swagger remains Trans-Continental Champion

Bobby Marshall defeated Petey Williams to win the DXX X-Division Championship

Marshall obliterated Williams with a chair to eventually win the match and the title

Ted DiBiase Jr. & Kevin Kompiler defeated Billy N. O’Tuff & Bobby Bluehard to win the DXX Universe Tag Team Championships

DiBiase forced O'Tuff to submit with the Million Dollar Dream. This match was originally supposed to feature Kompiler vs DiBiase for the DXX Millennium Championship

John Cena defeated Nabeel Nawaz to win the DXX Universe Championship

Randy Orton made a shock appearance and nailed Nawaz with the RKO to allow Cena to get the win

Matt Hardy defeated Shad Moss and Tristagi to win the DXX Championship

Hardy rolled Tristagi into a small package to win the match
