The current champion is Triple H. For weeks Triple H had been feuding with the World Champion and GM, Rocco Ross, which culminated in the Elimination Chamber. Triple H was in the match thanks to the Board of Directors, and defeated 5 other men to win the title. Rocco was severely injured in the process.
