Cagen Slith has been a member of the Ravens in the past, and has held the position of Impaler in Misanthropy longer than anyone else has in the past. He is well known for his brutality and cold, heartless manner of dealing with problems that stand in his way. He is a gifted speaker, and his motivational speeches are a staple of the preparations before Misanthropy forces go to war. It is his goal, alongside his other Misanthropy officers, to conquer the realms and enslave the weak.

Cagen was a key member of the siege of Uruk-Zaahoff, leading the elite soldiers of Misanthropy, the Destroyers of Hope, into the city to defeat the orcs and reinstate the true king.
