Obtaining

Read the notice about Lethaline Sigisbul at Astrub Jail (7,-18) and click "Look for Lethaline Sigisbul".

Step 1 - Find the outlaw

Objectives 

Localize and neutralize Lethaline Sigisbul.

Rewards

Find Lethaline Sigisbul and defeat her(yes it's a girl) in battle. You will find her near ????. She appears to be a level ?? Osamodas. As with all bounty quests, you don't get any experience, drops or kamas when you win the battle. After killing her, talk to the Guard inside the Astrub Jail (7,-18) to complete the quest.

Completion

Lethaline Sigisbul now appears in the jail when you visit.
