The RP Off-Topic forum thrived with activity, randomness and hilarity. All members co-existed together peacefully, conflicts were minimal, posts were plentiful and new RP Characters spawned every day. It seemed as if nothing could corrupt the great RP Off-topic....however, on that 3rd day of October, 2007, a huge conflict would erupt taht changed the entire outlook of Digibutter...forever....

Late into the 3rd day of October, 2007, Popple, renowned moderator for being IC ( In-Character ), stickied an unnerving topic in the unaware RP Off-Topic. The entire forum was shocked at the warning notice hanging above their heads. Many ignored the notcie, until, IT happened. The rule was enforced and impacted into the RP Off-Topic causing a massive earthquake to erupt, hurtling topics in random directions....the conflict had begun...

Nintendo released the 3rd installation in the Paper Mario, Super Paper Mario. It instantly began to race up the charts, becoming one of the 'best' games in history. Was it the clever plot? The tied in romance? The memorable quotes? One could say that's what drew them too it, fine. But for many who played it, one thing caught their eye. Chapter 3-1, When Geeks Attack! When Tippi is...Tippinapped, the geeky chameleon captor, Francis, mentions a little website we'd like to call Digibutter.nerr. For many, this wasn't a big thing. But for others, this was the goldmine of the game...

One day, a mass of pixels and words we'd like to call a website sprung up. Digibutter.nerr.biz. At first glance, it wasn't too promising, the only members [[Members/Admin|Admin]] and [[Members/Francis|Francis]]. But as if out of nowhere, people were attracted to the site. Within a week, the memberlist pages were filling up fast, SPM fans eager to find the legendary website...

July 26 was a historic day for Digibutter. Because of the outbreak of spammers, flamers, and trolls, the site's Administrator, [[Members/Francis | Francis]], formed the Mod Squad to help stop the seemingly nonstop amount of flame wars that were taking place. The six members who were promoted to Moderator status were none other than [[Popple|Popple]] (who was the first Moderator on the forum), [[Members/Plastic Mario|Plastic Mario]], [[Members/Chaos Dimentio|Chaos Dimentio]], [[Members/TotalSpaceshipGuy3|TotalSpaceshipGuy3]], [[Members/Francine|Francine]], and [[Members/Mister I|Mister I]].
