Game Description: The Character has no concern for what is right or wrong, and relies heavily on other's opinions or mere whim when making important decisions. They are considered to be weak willed and incompetent, although this unpredictability may make them potentially dangerous foes on the field of battle.

Practical Description: This character acts on personal whim as opposed to the rule of law. This unpredictability has its advantages, but for the most part is frowned upon by chivalric society and is not such a good thing when trying to build an economy. Oddly enough, though the game description describes them as weak-willed, they actually have a negative perception of those with the Weak Willed trait.

Psychology: The Arbitrary character admires success and power but dislikes those who artifically restrain themselves by notions of mercy, charity or law.
