Len laughs, and after you miss the shot, he sinks the eight ball. He puts the cue down, and you do the same.
"So, you're new here, it's your birthday, and you don't like to gamble." He taps off one by one on his fingers. "So that pretty much leaves sure things, I guess."
You can't help but grin.
Len steps closer to you, and puts one arm around the back of your neck. "There a present you want for your birthday?" He leans forward, above you and slightly looming. "Preferably a present that lets me smoke?"
You laugh.
"Well?" he asks. He's looking at you like he'd definitely like to give you something...
