You enter the Peace Corps building. After spending some time learning about the poverty, starvation, and other problems in the world, you realize your calling is to help others.

You are sent to Africa to help bring medicine to isolated populations in the jungle. During your second week, you are bitten by a highly venemous snake; you spend the next 5 days in hallucinatory anguish, suffering pain beyond all description as your body tissue slowly necrotizes.

Eventually, you die, experiencing unendurable pain right up until the moment of your death.
