You walk into the store and just start looking at phones.
"May I help you?" Jenny approaches to assist you. You tell her that you are looking for a new phone. She describes a few models, seemingly unaware of who you are. You start to feel disappointed as time goes by and she doesn't recognize you. You go so far as to pick a phone and a calling plan. As she takes your information to set up your account, you notice her give a bit of a double take when she enters your name, but she doesn't say anything.
