Robert Kendo was planned to be Leon's supporting character in Resident evil 2 but Capcom scraped that and used Ada Wong instead. So they made poor Robert an minor character that dies in the begining of the game. So when i made this adventure i thought ¨Ahh what the hell i put him in the game too.¨
