You raise your hands and begin to weave the spell. The old woman mutters curiously as a faint glow surrounds her frail body. Her grey hair darkens to glossy black, cascading over her shoulders. The deep lines around her eyes smooth away. Her hunched back straightens, her frame filling out with youthful curves. High cheekbones emerge and full lips part in astonishment.
Within moments, the old woman has transformed into a striking young lass.
She looks at her hands in wonder, flexing slender fingers that moments ago were gnarled and stiff. "Bless you!" she gasps. "I feel like I could climb that tree again if I 'ad to! You've given me years back, you 'ave."
She springs to her feet with unexpected grace and clasps your hand firmly. "Right then. I'll be on my way. And you watch yourself in them Hills. Elvins is the least of your worries out 'ere."
