Back away from the strange woman

You take a few cautious steps back. The woman's smile doesn't waver. She matches your retreat step for step.
Your hand drifts down to rest on the hilt of your sword. She doesn't appear to care.
"Oh, no need for that," she tuts, mockingly.
The cavern suddenly feels a lot smaller. You've stepped beyond the gap that led into the cavern and the woman stops her advance. She reveals to you what she was holding behind her back: a wicked, curved dagger. She holds it out between two fingers, as though to drop it.
"Look," she says, and throws back through the air. It lands in the water pool with a plop and sinks below the surface. The woman throws her hands up. "There, all gone."
You get the impression that she is dangerous with or without the dagger.
