No need to panic. You can just hold the skirt around your waste. It looks a bit silly, but at least no one can see your underwear. You wait a few minutes for the people eyeing you to move along, puffing out your chest and huffing at the perverts. Perhaps you puff your chest a little too much because the top three buttons burst off your shirt, which opens to reveal your bra. You immediately dart your hands to close your shirt again, but your skirt falls to the ground. When you dart your hands back to grab your falling skirt, your hand gets caught and you accidentally tear the rest of the buttons off your shirt. It won't stay closed on its own, after all it was tight enough for the buttons to break.
