"Hey!" you call out. "Are you okay?"
The woman stops and stares in your direction, raising the bat up to defend herself. "Fuck you!" she shouts. "Come out here and get your head caved in!"
"I'm not like one of them. I'm not sick," you shout over the rain, hoping to calm her.
"Prove it!" she yells. "Step out of the shadows and come over here where I can see you."
