Her original name was MEDICAL-3417F, but you decided that Seraphim was more appropriate. You used to wince at the sight of damage on your hull, now you revel in it. This ship is a survivor, much like yourself, and in a ship like this it'll be a while before that changes.

When you turn back you see a woman walking towards you. As you get closer, you notice that she's even younger than you had thought. How was someone already a Sym technician if they were so young?

When the two of you meet she holds out a hand, and you have to bend a bit to reach it. "Dr. Lydia Albright," she says, as if that's something you'd expect to hear from someone her age. "I'm here to do your scan. Please strip."

"Wait, what?" You definitely don't remember that from the last time you were here. "Why do I have to take my clothes off?"

Lydia looks down at her tablet and says in rapid fire, "All unaffiliated pilots landing for the first time on a Symbiosis Enterprise's station must receive a full medical examination prior to the scan." She looks up and says, "That's you, captain. Would you be more comfortable back on your ship?"

You look around and don't see anyone else, not that it matters too much. In space you tend to see naked people all the time, either on billboards or in cryosleep. Even though this seems weird to you, you put up your hands and say, "alright, alright, I'm going." You can't believe that after spending so long putting on these damn clothes you have to take them off again. Could have just left on your flightsuit and cut out the middle man. You strip down until you're naked and slightly chilly, but you get ready to turn your head and cough all the same. When you look down at Lydia you notice how wide her eyes are. "Everything alright, doc?"

"Um..." she bites her lip and tries to keep her eyes up, but they keep inching their way down to your - "Captain, when I said strip I didn't mean you had to take off your undergarments."

"Oh," you say, a little surprised that a doctor would care about your naked body. "Is that alright?"

Lydia doesn't answer. After another accidental peek at your crotch, she looks back to her tablet and starts scribbling notes. "New arrival is female, approximately...
