D&D: FHR: Aproach the cloaked man and bargain for the map

You aproach slyly and wait until you're close enough to surprise him to make your presence known:"Hello there." you say. The cloaked man jumps a bit and turn around. He seems nervous enough to reach for a weapon. You hold your hands up:"calm down... If I wanted to strike you down, I wouldn't have warned you..."

He takes a few breath and calm down."right right.. well don't try anything funny... " he says. Obviously refering to his the two guards most likely behind the door."What do you want?" he says as he light up a lantern to illuminate the backstreets.

"hrm.. I'm looking for what you've just brought back... I'm very interested in it..." you say coyly as you aproach and casualy sits on his counter.

He looks at you and then back to where he stowed away the map. He pulls it out slowly. It's a scrollcase visibly locked and very well engraved. "This. This is expensive. I'm not sure you can afford this..."

"Maybe... " you continue with your coy tone."But I am a woman of many talents... I'm sure we can achieve some kind of.. understanding." you speak seducingly.

He look at you. "Just what are you willing to do exactly..." he ask suspiciously, his curiosity aroused... amongst other thing.

You grin. You don't mind getting a little dirty to get that map."What do you want..." you ask with a sensual tone.

He says...
