You are in a village. There is an inn, some houses, and a mysterious building with a black flag waving in front of it. There is also a market square, but it isn't market day (as if that stops some vendors from selling their wares anyways).
- go to the village inn
- ask someone where William Farrier lives
- go to the black-flag building
- go to the market square
