There's a bar that looks busy on your right. A bunch of people are cheering. Must be a sporting event of some kind on the TV.

To your left is a pretty Latina, with a thick butt and big breasts, dressed in a very short skirt and a top that barely covers her chest. She appears to be a lady of the night.
