Flight, Rania!
From Create Your Own Story
With your weapon slung over your shoulder, you perform a series of standing back handsprings away from the men and the road. Your backflips are fast and elegant, the envy of most female gymnasts. The soldiers open fire, but your blindingly fast flick-flacks make you almost impossible to hit. After about thirty standing back handsprings in a row, you are safe behind deep cover.
Knowing you have little time, you break off in a run towards the border. Emerging from the thick brush, you make a quick check in each direction. All clear. You then climb over the fence and into Jordan. As you reach cover on the Jordanian side, you hear distant shouts. You pause and peek back through the trees. Several Syrian soldiers are standing on the other side of the fence, looking puzzled and confused. You smirk, then head on southward.
You eventually make your way to the U.S. Embassy in Amman, the Jordanian capital. Soon you are on a flight home.
At CIA headquarters in Washington DC, your superiors congratulate you on successfully returning the data drive to them. You simply smile and nod, feeling that the mission was not really a success because of what happened to Alia.
