There is a world along side our own. There are gates reaching into both, that when passed through evokes changes in the human body turning them into something else. On the Otherside they can live a life with more adventure, romance and *cough*quite possibly, sexual encounters*cough*, but along side this it is more dangerous and fearsome than any mortal fear. You can choose to be god-like, or vulnerable, a courageous warrior, or cowardous filth.
