Please make sure to include the title of the story as a category on each page you post. If you don't know how to add categories, please review the Tutorial, especially Basic page format.--Platypus 22:08, 1 December 2012 (UTC)

Oh okay I didn't know. I'm new to this :D I'll go back and do that!

If you create a new page and your links are already blue, that means that a page by that name exists in someone else's story. DO NOT overwrite or blank someone else's page. Edit your page and change your title. --Platypus 22:53, 1 December 2012 (UTC)

Their blue link led to an abandoned page. It was not like I hijacked someones link they were using.

Just because the other story hasn't continued from that page does not make it fair game for you to take it over. Just use more caution in the future and don't repeat this mistake. --Platypus 21:04, 3 December 2012 (UTC)

I'm very sorry and that's true, I never considered that they might want to come back and use that link. HOWEVER, where is the line drawn? Could I reserve thousands of pages for myself and never use them, yet nobody would be able to steal the link from me? I feel they should be able to. So I beg the question again, where is the line drawn? Pardon my overanalyzation.

Use common sense. If a page has story content, it's a page in someone's story. It's been used. If someone attempts to reserve a page with something that clearly is not story content, like text reading 'to be written someday', that page is going to get deleted. --Platypus 10:18, 5 March 2013 (UTC)
