You move into a very shady apartment building. Its cielings often leak in several places, there are cobwebs everywhere, the smell of marijuana pervades every room, and you can hear constant angry shouts, sobbing, and complaining through the walls. But there is a bright side: the rent is only 50 bucks a month! You give the landlord a down payment of $50.00, which leaves you with $425.00.
So, you sit on the floor and ponder what to do....
